Matt Kranz, CPA

Matt Kranz is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Florida and Tennessee, bringing extensive expertise in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners. With a strong foundation in accounting and finance, Matt earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Carson Newman University, followed by a Master of Accountancy from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Over the course of his career, Matt has worked with leading firms including Crowe, Ernst & Young, Fanatics, and Hancock Askew & Co, gaining a wide range of experience serving large multi-state S corporations and C corporations. His approach combines technical proficiency with a passion for helping businesses navigate complex tax strategies.

Originally from Louisiana, Matt grew up in Florida’s panhandle, spent several years in Tennessee, and returned to Florida in 2018. He now resides in Silverleaf with his wife and their two children.
