About Fran:
Fran is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida and Georgia. After graduating from Georgia State University, she started her career with Deloitte and Touche in 1996. She worked as a tax senior with Ascent CPA Group from 2005 to 2012 and then The Griggs Group CPAs in 2014. She worked as a tax manager and managing director with Ascent CPA Group from 2015 until 2023. In 2024, Fran rejoined the Pivot CPAs team, formerly known as The Griggs Group CPAs.
Fran has over 20 years of experience in preparing income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, trusts and individuals in a variety of industries including service, consulting and real estate. She is proactive in identifying tax deductions and tax credits to minimize taxes. She also assists with federal and state tax audits and notices.
Fran grew up in southern California and moved to Atlanta in 1992. She currently lives in Jacksonville and has two sons. Fran enjoys hiking, fostering/volunteering with pet rescue groups and spending time with family and friends.
