Job Description

As an Audit Senior, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pivot CPAs, a local and growing CPA firm, is seeking an energetic, experienced full time receptionist. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, quick learner with strong computer skills, and be willing to take on new challenges as necessary.

The receptionist’s duties and responsibilities will include greeting all clients and providing a positive atmosphere for clients at the highest level. The ideal candidate should also be able to multitask, working with clients and other employees and have an attention detail with a high level of accuracy. At times the position will require working in a very fast paced environment.

Other responsibilities include answering phones, scanning documents, handling daily mail, drafting letters and more.

Experience in a CPA firm has HIGH PRIORITY along with experience using a multi line phone system.
