We’re looking for a Tax Senior who’s ready to step into a leadership role, mentor others, and make a real impact.
This role offers a clear path for advancement to Manager and Partner, with the support and resources to help you get there.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning and strategic consulting to clients across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with partners and managers on high-impact engagements
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Support business development through networking and proposal writing
- Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred (or active CPA candidate)
- 2–5 years of recent public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A collaborative, client-first mindset
