  • Essential Functions:
  • Partnering with members of the firm to determine staffing needs
  • Proactively recruiting for specialized positions
  • Maintaining a presence on college campuses
  • Developing relationships with key college contacts for hiring purposes
  • Recommending and coordinating employee engagement programs and events
  • Conducting internal assessments of employee satisfaction
  • Acting as a liaison between marketing team and recruiting team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors include: business, HR, marketing or communications
  • Recruiting or Human Resources experience from an internship or previous work required.
  • Candidates with 3-5 years of experience are strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) required
  • Familiarity with accounting profession preferred

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to support the financial operations of a growing accounting firm? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator to support our Controller in managing billing, payments, and administrative processes that keep our firm running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both numbers and people, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send client invoices in coordination with service teams
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on aging invoices
  • Assist in processing vendor bills and ensuring timely payments
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations
  • Input expenses to be billed back to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and billing updates in PracticePro 365 and QuickBooks
  • Liaise with clients regarding billing inquiries and escalate as needed
  • Support the Controller with monthly financial reporting and ad hoc projects
  • Order printed materials (envelopes, labels, business cards)
  • Manage Iron Mountain shredding and storage coordination
  • Maintain hardware inventory (laptops, monitors, etc.)
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and hardware tracking (desk setup, phone set up, IT coordination, etc.)
  • Assist the Tax Team as needed (Set up of new clients in Practice Pro 365, Check in Tax Organizers, Train as a backup for releasing electronic filings and mailing client documents).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Practice 365 is a plus.

We’re looking for a Senior Family Office Associate to join our growing team and help manage the complex financial lives of successful individuals and families.

This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role that blends accounting, financial coordination, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with our Family Office Administrator and Controller, as well as directly with clients, attorneys, and investment advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations for high-net-worth clients, including bill pay, cash flow tracking, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial reports, net worth statements, and investment summaries
  • Coordinate with external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, investment managers) on tax planning, estate planning, and compliance matters
  • Support the preparation and review of individual, trust, and entity tax documents (in collaboration with the tax team)
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, including charitable contributions, capital calls, and distributions
  • Assist with onboarding new family office clients and maintaining client portals and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client service
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all client matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in family office, private client services, or high-net-worth financial operations
  • Tax background preferred (CPA or EA a plus)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, investment reporting, and estate/trust structures
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail

We’re hiring a Tax Processing Administrator to support our Tax Team and Client Success Team. You’ll play a key role from day one in onboarding clients, managing portal communications, and supporting the back end of tax process through our software, along with e-filing tax returns and assembling final documents for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and partners, especially for portal-related questions and document uploads
  • Assist clients with signing forms, making payments, and navigating portals to gather deliverables
  • Respond to client requests for copies, banker communications, and general inquiries
  • Draft professional client correspondence with exceptional attention to detail
  • Track and manage signed approval forms, extensions, and paper returns
  • Electronically file returns and extensions; follow up on rejections and corrections
  • Assemble paper returns and forms for delivery
  • Monitor projects to ensure timely filings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree: backgrounds in Business, Communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in client service, administrative support, or operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams
  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems; tech proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in professional services, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exposure to platforms like SafeSend, Workstream, ShareFile, or CCH Axcess is a plus—but not required (training provided)
