Administrative Support Staff Position
We are seeking an Administrative Support Staff to assist and support our professional assurance department. This position will assist with administrative functions of our assurance department in areas such as documenting compliance with quality control standards, marketing research, distribution of marketing material and other client correspondence, managing certain CRM functions, word processing, electronic filing, This is a highly responsible position, as the ability of this personto perform as an integral member of the assurance team directly impacts profitability and the overall success of the company.
Ideal candidate will have a background in performing sales research and administrative support. Ideal candidate should be detail oriented with developed organizational skills.
Required Experience

Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

2+ years of customer service, sales, credit, accounting or business related experience, 3+ years of experience preferred

Exceptional ability to multitask, including seamlessly transitioning between different work assignments

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for communicating with internal staff and clients
