Sheryl is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over fifteen years of public accounting experience and over two years of accounting experience in private industry. She has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the University of North Florida. Sheryl has significant experience in providing attestation, accounting and consulting services to both private and public companies. She was previously employed by Smoak, Davis & Nixon, LLP and Ennis, Pellum & Griggs, PA before relocating to Shreveport, Louisiana where she worked at Heard, McElroy & Vestal LLP. She returned to the Jacksonville area in 2005 and joined The GriggsGroup.
Along with her client service experience with both private and SEC registrant companies, Sheryl specializes in the construction, transportation logistics, retail and wholesale distribution, manufacturing and financial industries. Sheryl also provides audits of both defined-contribution and defined-benefit pension plans.
Sheryl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida First Coast Chapter - Associated Builders & Contractors, First Coast Manufacturing Association and the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance. She serves as the chairman of the audit committee and is a member of the finance committee for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce in addition to serving as the Treasurer for the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida. Sheryl is also a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement of Northeast Florida.
Pamela began her career with The GriggsGroup in 2005 after receiving her B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, and Masters of Accountancy from the University of North Florida.
While she has a strong background in all areas of taxation, Pamela primarily specializes in consulting and compliance for large, multi-state corporations, partnerships, and their owners. She has extensive experience with different tax sectors including local, state and federal taxation and financial accounting.
Pamela is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In the community, she serves as a board member for The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach and is a mentor with the Jacksonville Women's Business Center. She also actively volunteers with The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach and Junior Achievement.
Pamela and her husband, who serves in the Navy, reside near the Intracoastal Waterway with their two dogs.
Senior Tax Manager
Raejean has been a valuable member of The GriggsGroup team since 2005, with experience in both public and private accounting. Prior to joining the firm, her professional experience included both auditing and corporate accounting with Howe & Williams, PA, Grenadier, Howard & Associates, and Suddath Relocation Systems.
A Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Raejean primarily specializes in providing tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, C-Corporations and S-Corporations, In addition, she works extensively with closely held businesses. Raejean also provides services in other areas such as financial accounting, payroll taxation, sales and use taxation, state income taxation and franchise taxation.
Raejean is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has a B.A. degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the University of North Florida, as well as a B.S. in Management degree from the University of Maryland.
Carrie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, and began her accounting career with The GriggsGroup in 2004. She has both a B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Florida and a B.S. in Mathematics from Ball State University.
During her twelve years with the firm, Carrie has provided many consulting and compliance services to her clients, primarily closely held businesses and their owners, as well as family wealth planning services. She works extensively with trusts, estates, and individual tax returns. Carrie is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Jacksonville and actively volunteers with the American Diabetes Association.
Darrell is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, and began his public accounting career with The GriggsGroup CPAs in 2008. He grew up in Ocala, FL and attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 2007. He currently resides in Nocatee with his wife, Casey, and their daughter, Andie.
Darrell has worked extensively with small to medium sized businesses and he believes in proactive tax planning. Darrell is focused on delivering personalized service and attention to his clients. Throughout the year, he keeps individuals and business clients informed about tax law changes, opportunities and potential tax liabilities.
Darrell is committed to being involved and giving back to the local community as a member of the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach, and as a board member of Beaches Habitat Young Professional's in Jacksonville Beach.
Amanda has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida since April 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in December 2005 and her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Florida in July 2009.
Amanda joined The GriggsGroup in 2011 as tax staff and is currently tax manager. Prior to working at The GriggsGroup, she worked in public accounting for over two years and in private industry (including the financial and real estate sectors) for over two years. She currently works on individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and gift tax return. Amanda enjoys volunteering with such wonderful organizations as Junior Achievement.
Emmy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida, California and Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a B.A. in Accounting.
Emmy began her public accounting career with Ernst & Young, LLP, focusing primarily in expatriates income taxes. With Rothstein Kass & Company, in California, she worked mostly with high net worth individuals. She joined The GriggsGroup CPAs in 2010 and works primarily with closely held businesses and their owners. In addition to high net worth individuals, Emmy also works with corporations, partnerships and trust tax returns. Emmy is fully bilingual (Spanish) and a member of the Puerto Rico CPA State Society.

Mallory joined the firm in January 2010 as an audit staff after completing her MBA at the University of North Florida. Mallory's work experience includes over three years of private accounting experience and 6 years in public accounting. She works with both public and private companies and her work experience includes primarily attest services in transportation, manufacturing, and distribution services, and benefit plan audits under ERISA. Mallory is proud to be on the board of Girls, Inc., an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement of Northeast Florida.
Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. Mallory is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
Senior Tax Manager
Debra is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. She received her BBA, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Valdosta State University and began her public accounting career in Georgia. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Jacksonville where she advanced to Audit Manager at Presser, Lahnen and Edelman, PA which later merged with Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP.
Debra has been with PIVOT CPAs since 2012. As Tax Manager at PIVOT CPAs, Debra works extensively with small business clients and individuals and maintains excellent client relationships. She provides tax preparation and tax planning services for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts.
Debra has been Treasurer for 5 years of the Ponte Vedra Women's Club, Past Board Member and Treasurer of the Jacksonville Humane Society and a Founding Member of the Sawgrass Pointe Women's Club. She has received her 5 year pin as volunteer at The Players Championship and has spent many hours volunteering and fundraising for Ponte Vedra Public Schools. When Debra isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, at the beach, at a concert or watching golf. She's lived in Ponte Vedra for 22 years.

Angela is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida with over 9 years of public accounting experience. She is a native of Jacksonville, and graduated from the University of Florida and the University of North Florida.
Prior to joining The GriggsGroup in 2015, Angela began her professional career with Heinz & Company, LLP in Jacksonville. She primarily focuses on providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their families. She also has experience working with closely held businesses, partnerships, trusts, and private foundation tax returns. Angela is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida, a member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross, and a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement.
